Voor onze partner in Mechelen, actief in de gezondheidszorg, zoeken we een ervaren Senior Automation Expert die verantwoordelijk is voor het ontwerp, de implementatie en de optimalisatie van het Manufacturing Operations Management System (MOMS), de Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systemen en de software voor productie- en assetmanagement binnen de organisatie.

In deze rol zorg je ervoor dat kritische productie- en automatiseringssystemen robuust, compliant en schaalbaar zijn voor toekomstige operationele eisen en technologische ontwikkelingen. Je draagt actief bij aan het verhogen van de operationele efficiëntie, naleving van regelgeving en innovatie.

Jouw takenpakket in een notendop:

  • Ontwerp & Implementatie: Ontwikkelen en implementeren van MOMS- en SCADA-oplossingen (batchtracking, realtime monitoring, RTE/OEE) volgens industriële normen en regelgeving (CFR21 Part 11).
  • Beheer van Automatiseringssystemen: Integreren en onderhouden van SCADA-platforms (Beckhoff, Siemens of GE Proficy) en beveiligen van gebruikersauthenticatie en elektronische handtekeningen.
  • Data-analyse & Rapportage: Zorgen voor naadloze integratie tussen MOM/SCADA-systemen en analysetools zoals Power BI, inclusief het ontwikkelen van prestatiemonitoring-rapportages.
  • Productie- & Assetmanagement: Verantwoordelijk voor productie- en assetmanagementsoftware (onderhoud, kalibratie) en waarborgen van naleving van URS, GxP en validatiestandaarden.
  • Systeemonderhoud & Optimalisatie: Regelmatige systeemaudits uitvoeren, problemen oplossen en nieuwe technologieën integreren ter voorkoming van technologische veroudering.
  • Compliance & Documentatie: Documenteren van alle MOM/SCADA-systemen en zorgen voor naleving van GxP-richtlijnen en ALCOA-principes.
  • Training & Netwerken: Begeleiden van teamleden, delen van best practices en fungeren als brug tussen IT en automatiseringsteams.

Wie zoeken wij?

  • Bachelor- of Masterdiploma in Automatisering, Engineering of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Min. 5 jaar ervaring met automatisering, met focus op MOMS en SCADA-systemen.
  • Praktische ervaring met Beckhoff/Siemens-systemen is een sterke plus
  • Je hebt reeds een eerste werkervaring binnen een gereguleerde (GxP) omgeving.
  • Je houdt ervan samen te werken met verscheidene teams (Engineering, Productie, IT).
  • Je bent een master in het oplossen van problemen en het optimaliseren van processen.
