We are currently looking for an Accountant for one of our clients active in the retail industry, located in the Brussels region. This company, founded several decades ago, has over the years become a major player in the retail world. In the 1990s, it crossed borders with its first establishment in Belgium and has since continued to expand throughout Europe and worldwide. Today, it operates several thousand stores around the globe. The company continues to grow with ambitious expansion plans, driven by several strategic acquisitions and the diversification of its offerings. Joining this organization means becoming part of a company in full transformation, combining the stability of a large international group with the friendliness of close-knit local teams. You will work daily with a small, dynamic team ready to guide and support you in your professional development. Managers are approachable and available, and the company culture is built on transparency and open communication, there is no place for micromanagement. The atmosphere is youthful, outgoing, and collaborative, allowing everyone to achieve both professional and personal goals while contributing to collective success. As an Accountant, you will act as the right-hand person to the Chief Accountant, assisting in implementation and automation projects while being responsible for the general and analytical accounting of the Belgian entity.
