YOUR ROLE As a Salesforce Solution Architect, you act as the critical bridge between business needs and technical solutions across different technologies. You will work closely with clients, project managers, and development teams to analyze, document, and translate business requirements into functional specifications. You will assess a project's technical feasibility, as well as implementation risks. You are responsible for the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance Salesforce technical and solution architecture that meet our clients' business needs. You define the structure of a system, its interfaces, the solution principles guiding the organisation, the software design to ensure successful implementation and adoption of Salesforce technologies. As a Salesforce Architect, you will be responsible for designing scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions that meet our clients' business needs. Key Responsibilities Lead the architectural design of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Industry Cloud (especially for Life Sciences). Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions using best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical strategy and roadmap. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Salesforce consultants and developers. Ensure compliance with Salesforce development standards and security guidelines. Participate in pre-sales activities, including solutioning and client presentations. Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and industry trends. Required Qualifications Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect in a consulting environment. Strong knowledge of Salesforce Industry Cloud, ideally with Life Sciences experience. Salesforce certifications such as: Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Application/System Architect Salesforce Certified Administrator Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II Proficient in Dutch and English, French is an asset. Experience with integration patterns, APIs, and middleware platforms. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Veeva or other Life Sciences platforms integrated with Salesforce. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
