We have the opportunity for a new vacancy of Procurement Intern to join the European Corporate Procurement team led by Procurement Operations Manager Europe.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to join our Central Procurement team who will play a crucial role in supporting the implementation and on-boarding of suppliers into ARIBA, our procurement and supplier management platform. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in procurement operations, supplier management, and digital tools in a dynamic environment.
Data Management and Reporting
Support the Procurement team in coordinating training sessions or informational meetings with suppliers.
Support team initiatives to optimize the supplier implementation process.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with ARIBA or similar procurement platforms is a plus.
Previous experience in procurement, supply chain, or administrative roles is advantageous.
Hands-on experience in procurement and supplier management.
Exposure to leading digital tools and platforms like ARIBA.
