Job Description: Job Title: JDE Finance Business Analyst – Belgium & France Tax Expertise Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled JDE Finance Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong functional knowledge of JD Edwards (JDE) financial modules and a deep understanding of local tax regulations in Belgium and France. This role involves bridging business requirements with technical solutions, ensuring compliance with regional tax laws, and supporting finance operations through JDE ERP. Key Responsibilities: Functional Analysis & Design Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for finance processes within JDE. Design and configure JDE financial modules (GL, AP, AR, FA) to meet business needs. Tax Compliance & Localization Ensure accurate implementation of Belgium and France tax rules (VAT, Intrastat, withholding taxes, etc.) in JDE. Maintain compliance with local statutory reporting requirements and liaise with tax authorities when needed. Process Optimization Identify gaps and propose improvements in financial workflows. Support automation and standardization of tax-related processes across regions. Testing & Support Conduct system testing (UAT, SIT) for finance and tax configurations. Provide end-user training and ongoing support for JDE finance functionalities. Collaboration Work closely with finance teams, IT developers, and external consultants to deliver solutions. Act as a subject matter expert for Belgium and France tax compliance within the organization. Required Skills & Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or IT (or equivalent experience). Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Finance Business Analyst with JD Edwards ERP. Proven expertise in Belgium and France tax regulations (VAT, Intrastat, fiscal reporting). Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of JDE financial modules and localization features. Familiarity with European tax compliance tools and reporting standards. Soft Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Languages: English (mandatory), French/Dutch (preferred). Preferred Qualifications: Experience in multi-country ERP implementations. Knowledge of EU tax directives and cross-border compliance. Certification in JD Edwards or ERP finance systems. • Cross-functional Coordination - Manage a globally distributed and onshore-offshore delivery model. • Change Management - Implement change in complex technical environments and matrix organizations. • Communication Skills – Interface with stakeholders up till CxO levels in both business & technical languages. • Stakeholder Management - Negotiate conflicting stakeholders to drive a common objective among parties. • Relationship Management - Build & foster relationship with global/multicultural businesses & stakeholders. • Learning & Development - Design & deliver training programs for Process, Tools and Technology. • Knowledge of Banking Domain and experience of working in large scale Infra projects (software and hardware)• Mandatory experience of working in large scale infra upgrade projects for multi country rollout • The project is for upgrade of dealerboard infrastructure (software and hardware
