About us Spott is an AI-native all-in-one recruitment platform (ATS & CRM) designed to help recruitment agencies double their revenue. We are building from scratch , as a fast-growing team of 12, founded by 3 ex-MBB consultants with firsthand global experience in the recruitment agency space.
We are part of Y Combinator and raised $3M with a San Francisco based lead investor and are looking for a superstar founding associate intern, as we work tirelessly towards building a billion-dollar company .
Founder's associate intern
Assist the founding team in day-to-day operations
Lead a self-chosen project, from sales to strategy, during the duration of the internship
Ability to take ownership, hard worker and humility
Bachelor's and Master's - your responsibilities will be determined based on your skills & maturity
Good preparation for: MBB, VC/PE, own startup
Learn from team (ex-MBB)
Team dinners and close collaboration
