The Role We are looking for a full-stack engineer with strong product thinking , UX/UI affinity , and AI expertise who can own features end-to-end, from conception through design, implementation, and launch. You'll work hand-in-hand with our Product Department , acting as the technical counterpart who bridges engineering and product. You'll be deeply involved in product discovery, design decisions, and user experience — not just implementation. Given that we're a new team, you are expected to have an impact from day one. You will lead our first AI-driven project , designed to transform the daily experiences of both our members and employees — collaborating closely with product, design, and stakeholders to ensure we ship solutions that are both technically sound and delightful to use. The ideal candidate is autonomous, driven, and genuinely excited about crafting exceptional user experiences. We expect a high level of attention to detail, strong judgment on UX/UI trade-offs, and the ability to balance speed with quality. Your Responsibilities Own features end-to-end : from discovery and scoping through design, implementation, testing, and launch Partner with Product : work closely with our Product Department to shape requirements, challenge assumptions, and co-create solutions that solve real user problems Champion UX/UI excellence : contribute to design discussions, prototype interfaces, advocate for intuitive user experiences, and implement pixel-perfect front-ends Build with quality : write clean, testable code with comprehensive unit tests; maintain high standards across the entire stack Manage the full stack : implement back-end APIs, internal tooling, third-party integrations, and front-end elements with a strong eye for usability Integrate AI thoughtfully : evaluate, integrate, and optimize AI solutions (OpenAI, Vercel, Anthropic, etc.) that add real value and enhance user experience Troubleshoot and improve : debug production issues, optimize performance, and continuously improve existing systems Lead by example : participate in technical reviews, contribute to architecture and design decisions, and help build a strong engineering culture What We're Looking For 5+ years of relevant work experience, ideally shipping products at scale Product mindset : you think in terms of user outcomes, not just code; you ask "why" before building Strong UX/UI affinity : you care deeply about design, usability, and crafting delightful user experiences; you can collaborate effectively with designers and contribute to design decisions Collaborative spirit : you thrive working closely with Product teams, translating user needs into technical solutions Strong experience with React , React Native , Node.js , TypeScript , and REST APIs Some experience with CI/CD pipelines Experience with AWS and K8s is a plus Experience with Storyblok or similar headless CMS is a plus Familiarity with third-party AI integrations like OpenAI, Vercel, or Anthropic is highly desirable Previous experience at a fast-paced tech startup (bonus: experience shipping AI features) Full working proficiency in English BSc degree in Computer Science or equivalent relevant experience
