Wat is jouw missie?


Als React Developer bij de Game Factory (GF) speel je een sleutelrol in de ontwikkeling, uitbreiding en onderhoud van het digitale spelaanbod van de Nationale Loterij.











Wat je doet als React Developer Game Factory



Binnen de drie categorieën van het digitale spelaanbod (Draw games, E-scratch games en Woohoo games) help je nieuwe games te ontwikkelen op vraag van de Product Owners in het team,

Je helpt bugs in bestaande games op te lossen

Je helpt mee te bouwen aan interne technische projecten binnen het team, teneinde het ontwikkelingsproces te optimaliseren,

Je bent verwant met de agile way of working en volgt de huidige SCRUM richtlijnen uiteengezet door de Product Owners en de Game Factory Manager. Daarnaast ben je voldoende gedreven om nieuwe technieken voor te stellen die het ontwikkelingsproces kunnen verbeteren,

Als 'Senior' React Developer coach je collega-developers, teneinde het individu en de progressie als team te bevorderen,

Je werkt graag zelfstandig,

Je volgt de technologie trends binnen de game development community op, evalueert hun inzetbaarheid en formuleert initiatieven aan de Product Owner en Game Factory Manager voor de implementatie ervan binnen de Nationale Loterij.

Al ruim 90 jaar biedt de Nationale Loterij alle meerderjarige Belgen een veilig speelplezier aan, en investeert ze een groot deel van de inzetbedragen van haar spelers in allerlei maatschappelijk relevante projecten. Dankzij het vertrouwen van al deze spelers boekte de Nationale Loterij in 2023 een omzet van 1,49 miljard euro. Op die manier kan ze haar duurzame groei voortzetten en jaarlijks 345 miljoen euro laten terugvloeien naar de Belgische samenleving.





De afdeling IT van de Nationale Loterij blijft haar maturiteit vergroten door de meest recente technologieën toe te passen, door een Agile-werkmethode te gebruiken, en door te evolueren naar een heuse "Engaging" organisatie.


Samen met de Business-entiteiten van de Nationale Loterij zorgde de afdeling IT mee voor een mooi trackrecord waarop iedereen bij de Nationale Loterij, en dus zeker ook de IT'ers, terecht fier mag zijn :



470 miljoen e-commerce-verrichtingen, met een piek van bijna 8.000 verrichtingen per minuut ;

100% beschikbaarheid van de centrale systemen voor de trekkingen en van de centrale spelsystemen ;

een beschikbaarheid van 99,97% van de diverse kanalen ;

en een succesvolle opstart van grote bedrijfsprojecten zoals bijvoorbeeld Scooore 2.0, Vikinglotto, PlayDigital, Partner Relationship Management, SAP S/4 HANA for Retail, Teams/O365,...
