About the Role - As a Senior recruiter within our Perm team at Randstad Digital, you will be responsible for taking on a 360-degree role, managing the entire process from both the sales and recruitment perspectives. This includes everything from prospecting and client acquisition to candidate intake, the search process, and successfully closing placements, which means that you get a lot of responsibilities within this challenging job.
Responsibilities
Hunting & Farming
As a Senior Perm Recruiter, you are fully autonomous in driving the growth of your (client) portfolio, encompassing both new and existing clients.
- You handle contract negotiations and collaboratively define the most efficient selection process with your client within the agreed budget.
- You maintain relationships with clients and contacts at all levels of the organization.
- You report on your sales efforts to management, ensuring minimal reporting with maximum insight.
Recruitment
You are fully responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process. Which includes vacancy intake in collaboration with the client up to closing the vacancy by filling the position at the client.
- You generate and manage applicant flow through various channels (website, LinkedIn, etc.).
- You validate CVs, conduct phone and face-to-face screenings with candidates, and draft interview reports.
- You present candidates to clients and closely monitor the process through to the candidate's "closing."
Qualifications - What kind of profile are we looking for?
- You have at least 3 years of relevant experience in IT recruitment and sales.
- You have a bachelor/master degree or are equivalent by your work experience
- You are driven, independent, result-oriented and a go-getter.
- You can express yourself easily in Dutch, French and English.
- You are able to work from our office in Leuven (2 days per week) but are aware that we have a flexible "work from home" policy
