Onze focus binnen het finance-domein ligt hoofdzakelijk op Control en Finance Management. Op het vlak van engineering richten wij ons momenteel op Construction, HVAC en Manufacturing / Productie.
Samen vormen wij een jong, besluitvaardig en professioneel kantoor met een duidelijke visie voor de toekomst, waardoor je in een dynamische sector voldoende richting en stabiliteit zult ervaren.
Wegens overtuigende resultaten, kijken wij nu uit om ons huidige team van 4 collega's dit jaar nog uit te bereiden naar 6+.
Jouw job als 'Senior Recruitment Consultant - Finance'?
Als Recruitment Consultant krijg je te maken met zowel klanten als kandidaten. Hoe dit systeem exact werkt en misschien net anders is dan je gewend bent, wordt tijdens de sollicitatie verder uitgelegd.
Je trekt kandidaten aan door het schrijven van gedetailleerde en nauwkeurige vacatures.
Je spreekt kandidaten telefonisch, tijdens een koffiemoment of een eetafspraak om hun huidige situatie en behoeften scherp te stellen.
Je bereidt sollicitatiegesprekken voor en bespreekt deze na om je kandidaat steeds beter te leren kennen en hen naar hun nieuwe job te begeleiden.
Je ondersteunt de kandidaat bij het indienen van hun ontslag en begeleidt hen door het bijbehorende proces.
Je spreekt potentiële klanten aan om te onderzoeken of onze diensten interessant voor hen kunnen zijn.
Je ontlast de klant door de praktische organisatie van het sollicitatieproces, zoals de gesprekken, nabespreking, opvolging, enzovoort, over te nemen.
Je tilt relaties naar een hoger niveau door tijd te nemen voor je klant, samen te gaan eten, evenementen te bezoeken, enzovoort.
Jouw profiel voor de positie van 'Recruitment Consultant - Finance'?
Je brengt bij voorkeur een bachelor- of masterdiploma mee gerelateerd aan finance, engineering of marketing.
