Doel van de functie
Voor een beursgenoteerd bedrijf zijn wij op zoek naar een Projectleider - Logistieke oplossingen die mee instaat voor de succesvolle uitrol van een grootschalig netwerk aan onbemande logistieke installaties. Het doel is om tegen eind 2026 een aanzienlijk aantal nieuwe installaties te realiseren.
Jouw missie
Als Projectleider ben je verantwoordelijk voor de end-to-end coördinatie en implementatie van projecten rond automatische logistieke infrastructuur. Je zorgt ervoor dat elke installatie vlot, kwalitatief en binnen de vooropgestelde timing verloopt, in nauwe samenwerking met interne en externe stakeholders.
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden
Na overdracht van het sales-team neem jij de operationele leiding over het project. Concreet sta je in voor:
Coördinatie van installaties, zowel individuele projecten als meerdere locaties bij grote klanten.
Zelfstandig beheren en opvolgen van meerdere projecten tegelijk met een gestructureerde en efficiënte aanpak.
Verzorgen van een correcte projectadministratie, inclusief rapportering en presentaties voor interne stakeholders.
Ter plaatse evalueren van technische vereisten en randvoorwaarden (bv. voorbereidende werken, funderingen, elektriciteitsvoorzieningen).
Intensieve samenwerking met collega’s uit verschillende afdelingen om een optimale uitvoering te garanderen.
Jouw profiel
Je bent een hands-on projectleider met sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en oog voor detail. Daarnaast herken je jezelf in het volgende:
Minimum 5 jaar ervaring als projectleider met verantwoordelijkheid over meerdere projecten.
Gestructureerde, nauwkeurige en leergierige werkhouding.
Sterke vaardigheden in plannen, coördineren en opvolgen.
Ervaring in de bouwindustrie is aangewezen
Commerciële flair
Assertief, communicatief sterk en vlot in overleg met verschillende niveaus.
Goede kennis van Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint en Word).
Ervaring met BI tools zoals power BI is een plus
Goede kennis van Nederlands en Engels, Frans is een plus.
