Functieomschrijving Wil jij een sleutelrol spelen in het ontwerpen én opleveren van toekomstbestendige telecomnetwerken? Binnen onze afdeling Network Build & Mass Rollout / Regional Delivery zoeken we een Telecom Network Design & Delivery Coordinator die het volledige proces coördineert: van ontwerp tot realisatie. In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het high-level ontwerp van coax- en glasvezelnetwerken binnen bouw- en verplaatsingsprojecten in jouw regio. Je zorgt dat elk project technisch onderbouwd, volledig voorbereid en klaar voor uitvoering wordt overgedragen aan het veldteam. Met jouw werk leg je letterlijk de basis voor de connectiviteit van morgen – en zie je het eindresultaat terug op straat. Wat ga je doen? Ontwerpen van coax- en glasvezelnetwerken en bijbehorende infrastructuur. Werken met de nieuwste technologieën en netwerkontwikkelingen. Combineren van thuiswerk, bureauwerk en terreinbezoeken voor analyses en validaties. Gebruik van grafische tools voor het opstellen van high-level ontwerpen. Prioriteiten stellen en beheren binnen je projectportfolio. Samenwerken met low-level engineers die jouw ontwerp uitwerken in detail. Valideren en waar nodig aanpassen van detailontwerpen om uitvoerbaarheid te garanderen. Projecten overdragen aan sitecoördinatoren en hen voorzien van alle nodige info. Onderhouden van sterke relaties met interne stakeholders, aannemers en andere partners. Actief bijdragen aan het behalen van planningen, budgetten en kwaliteitsdoelstellingen. Profiel Must-have Bachelor in telecom, bouwkunde of gelijkwaardige ervaring. Ervaring met het lezen van plannen en technisch documentbeheer. Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en stakeholdermanagement skills. Zelfstandig prioriteiten kunnen stellen en je agenda beheren. Leergierig en oplossingsgericht ingesteld. Bereidheid tot verplaatsingen binnen je regio voor vergaderingen en terreinbezoeken. Talen: Nederlands en Engels vlot, Frans is een plus. Nice-to-have Kennis van coaxiale netwerken en FTTH-technologie. Ervaring in nutssector of infrastructuurwerken op openbaar domein. Ervaring met ontwerp- en tekentools (grafische CAD- of GIS-applicaties). Bekendheid met bouw- en verplaatsingsprojecten in telecom.
