We are working with a rapidly expanding SaaS scale-up in Leuven who are transforming the logistics world with cutting-edge automation technology — and they're looking for an experienced Backend Developer (PHP Laravel) to help take their platform to the next level. Your Role As a Backend Developer, you will: Design, build, and maintain high-performance APIs and backend services in PHP Laravel Collaborate closely with product, frontend, and DevOps teams to deliver new features at scale Contribute to architectural decisions and help shape long-term technical strategy Ensure code quality through testing, reviews, and best-practice development Optimise performance for a platform processing millions of parcel interactions Work in a dynamic, innovative environment where your impact is immediately visible What They're Looking For Strong professional experience with PHP Laravel Solid understanding of RESTful API design, database architecture, and system scalability Familiarity with cloud-native development (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus A proactive mindset and a passion for solving complex technical challenges Based in Belgium (for payroll), with the option to work hybrid from our Leuven HQ or fully remote What They Offer Competitive salary up to €6,500 gross/month - Based on ability and experience Electric company car + charging card or Cafeteria Plan Full payroll employment Hybrid or fully remote flexibility Meal Vouchers of €8 per day Group Insurance Hospitalisation Insurance Net Allowance worth €15020+6 adv days holiday allowance Phone and Laptop Join a scale-up with global reach and big ambitions A collaborative, transparent, and tech-driven culture Ready to Join Them?
