Cybersecurity Engineer IAM

We're looking for an experienced Cybersecurity Engineer to join our team in Brussels through a VIE programme. You’ll work on securing digital operations, managing IAM integrations, and supporting critical cybersecurity activities in a dynamic international environment. If you’re motivated by impactful security projects and want to develop your expertise in a collaborative setting, we’d love to meet you
🔥 Your Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot operational and cybersecurity issues across applications and infrastructure.
- Act as a cybersecurity expert to ensure system compliance, protection, and best practices.
- Manage and respond to security incidents with rapid remediation actions.
- Collaborate with development teams to implement system updates and enhancements.
- Support integration of IAM solutions using SailPoint (Java) and CyberArk.
- Maintain databases and build complex SQL queries to support operations and reporting.
🎯 Your Profile:
- Proven experience in cybersecurity operations, incident response, or IAM engineering.
- Hands-on experience with SailPoint (Java), CyberArk, and API integration.
- Strong SQL/database knowledge; experience as a DBA considered a strong plus.
- Languages: English & French required, both oral and written.
- Analytical mindset, teamwork capability, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Willing to relocate to Brussels; available for 2–3 days onsite.
