SAP SD/MM/HUM Consultant

Energize is supporting a key customer in Evergem who is looking for a Senior SAP MM/SD/HUM Consultant to strengthen their global Supply Chain & Logistics team. The role will cover hands-on configuration, Level 3 support, and continuous system improvements across an international S/4HANA landscape (Belgium, wider EU, APAC, Americas). You will work within a modern setup including Fiori, Stock Room Management, Handling Unit Management. Key Responsibilities: • Provide Level 3 expert support globally across Store-to-Ship processes (MM / HUM / SD), including interfaces (OTM, other tools) • Monitor and supervise AMS activities, escalating with local IT when needed • Perform hands-on configuration to deliver system evolutions, change requests, and improvement projects • Support and lead discussions with business stakeholders across multiple regions • Collaborate closely with technical teams (ABAP, SAP PO, integration) and write/validate functional specifications • Work on project assignments when required (S/4HANA enhancements, deployments, rollouts) • Contribute to documentation, testing, knowledge transfer, and end-user guidance Key Requirements: • 5+ years of SAP consulting experience and configuration in MM / HUM / SD, experience within Store-to-Ship • Proven experience in S/4HANA environments using Fiori • Strong understanding of WM; PP-PI or PM knowledge is a plus • Experience working with interfaces and cross-system integrations (Non-SAP, MES, OTM, etc) • Ability to communicate confidently with business stakeholders and international IT teams • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong ownership and independence • Languages: Dutch & English (mandatory); French is a plus Project Details: Start: ASAP/January Duration: 6 months, with extensions (1 year project scope/end of 2026) Languages: Dutch & English (French is a plus) Location: Evergem, Belgium — 3 days/week onsite + 2 days remote Workload: Full-time
