Rol: ICT Technical Lead (Freelance) Locatie: Brussel – 2 dagen remote / 3 dagen onsite Contract: Freelance – langlopend project (initieel 12 maanden met verlenging naar 24 maanden) Talen: Nederlands + Engels (Frans is een plus) Start: ASAP OVER DE OPDRACHT Voor een groot multijaren-transformatieprogramma binnen een complexe en dynamische organisatie zoeken we een ervaren ICT Technical Lead. Het gaat om strategische projecten met een budget tussen €2,5M en >€100M, die zowel technische modernisering, integraties, dataflows als operationele ICT-processen omvatten. De ICT Technical Lead is verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen van de ICT-werkstroom binnen PMO-gedreven trajecten, waarbij de rol de brug vormt tussen businessdoelstellingen, technische uitwerking, budgetbeheer en stakeholdermanagement. KERNTAKEN & VERANTWOORDELIJKHEDEN Leiden van ICT-tracks van grote programma's van start tot oplevering Vertalen van businessbehoeften naar ICT-scope, roadmap en deliverables Aansturen van planning, governance, risico-beheer en voortgangsrapportage Samenwerken met stakeholders over verschillende afdelingen en business units Coördineren van multidisciplinaire teams in een matrix-structuur Aansturen van externe ICT-partners en leveranciers Beheer van budgetten (CAPEX/OPEX) en financiële opvolging richting sponsors Ondersteunen van change-management en continuous improvement Coachen van minder ervaren teamleden in project- en ICT-werking VEREISTE PROFIEL 10–12+ jaar ervaring in ICT Minstens 5 jaar in ICT-project- of programmaleiding Aantoonbare ervaring met complexe stakeholder-omgevingen Ervaring met budgetbeheer en rapportering op senior niveau Begrip van public tendering / contractcreatie is een plus Kennis van ICT-governance, frameworks en methodieken (PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL) Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden Vloeiend Nederlands + Engels IDEALE PERSOONLIJKHEID Helikopterzicht en strategische denker Diplomatisch maar besluitvaardig Sterk in beïnvloeden zonder formele hiërarchie Stressbestendig, rustig en gestructureerd In staat om zowel met engineers als met directie te spreken WAAROM DIT INTERESSANT IS Rol met grote zichtbaarheid en business-impact Deel van een nationaal strategisch ICT-programma Veel invloed op technische beslissingen en governance Freelance opdracht met 2-jarige continuïteit en stabiliteit
