Export Operations Specialist

To manage and optimize end‑to‑end export operations across the EMEA region, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and exceptional service delivery throughout the Order‑to‑Cash cycle, with a strong focus on cold chain logistics and operational excellence.

Deliver high‑quality customer support by managing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining proactive communication. Conduct root cause analyses and implement corrective actions to enhance productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.
Coordinate transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities for temperature‑sensitive medical products, ensuring compliance with cold chain requirements.
Compliance & Risk Management : Ensure adherence to export regulations, Incoterms, and documentation standards while mitigating operational risks.
Cost Management : Monitor and control logistics and supply chain costs, with particular attention to cold chain operations.
Partner with suppliers, logistics providers, regulatory bodies, and internal teams to support seamless export operations.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
~2–4 years of experience in supply chain or export operations, ideally within the healthcare sector.
~ Knowledge of export regulations, documentation requirements, and Incoterms.
~ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
~ Fluency in English; Any orther languages are strong assets.
