We help these leading companies deliver their key strategic projects across various sectors (Utilities, Pharmaceutical, Banking & Insurance, Retail, Transport, Public, Telecom).
Position: Change Manager
Plan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of the change management process for multiple projects.
Work with cross-functional teams to identify and assess potential impacts of change on people, processes, and technology.
Develop change management strategies and plans that minimise resistance and maximise engagement and adoption.
Create and deliver change management training and communication to ensure understanding and buy-in from stakeholders.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management initiatives and provide recommendations for improvement.
Master’s degree
~5 to 7 years of a proven experience in Change Management
~ Effective time management and ability to clearly identify priorities and manage multiple tasks
~ Thorough knowledge of French and English (Dutch is an asset)
