ACENSI est à la recherche d'un Functional Analyst / Scrum Master pour l'un de ses clients basé à Bruxelles dans le secteur public .
Dans le cadre de plusieurs projets au sein de la cellule Signalling Design Platform liés à l’ETCS (European Train Control System), notre client recherche un(e) formateur/formatrice senior capable d’assumer les rôles de Scrum Master et d’analyste fonctionnel.
Ce profil combine trois fonctions essentielles : Formateur/formatrice,Analyste fonctionnel(le),Scrum Master. Rôle de formateur/formatrice Il/elle sera chargé(e) de dispenser des formations (souvent en anglais) sur des sujets business (ETCS, signalisation) à un niveau basique à médium, destinées à des profils IT (analystes, développeurs, testeurs) nouvellement intégrés dans la cellule Signalling Design Platform et au sein du bureau partenaire business chez notre client. Rôle d’analyste fonctionnel(le) et Scrum Master Il/elle facilitera le travail d’une petite équipe Agile/Scrum composée de : 1 à 3 testeurs, 7 à 8 développeurs parfois un analyste supplémentaire (selon les besoins). Il/elle organisera, préparera et animera en anglais les différentes cérémonies et réunions liées à la méthodologie Scrum. Il/elle réalisera également tout ou partie de l’analyse fonctionnelle des différentes releases de l’équipe.
Autonomie et proactivité dans la gestion de projets stimulants.
Forte orientation utilisateur et collaboration étroite avec les équipes métiers pour atteindre les objectifs business.

Les projets sont soumis à plusieurs normes : Qualité : ISO 9001, Signalisation : Un(e) formateur/formatrice senior expérimenté(e) dans le travail en équipe Agile/Scrum, pédagogue, avec un vif intérêt pour les enjeux business. Il/elle possède : Une vision centrée sur l’utilisateur et la qualité, Une capacité à communiquer ses idées de manière claire et structurée, Une aisance dans un environnement multiculturel.
Compétences techniques :
Connaissance du français ou du néerlandais (C1 : maîtrise complexe);
Connaissance de l'anglais. (Expérience en formation. (Expérience en analyste fonctionnelle (L3 : 5 ans d'expérience au moins);
Expérience en scrum master (L2 : 2 ans d'expérience au moins);
