•Vous rédigerez et reverrez divers types de documents, tels que des mémorandums, des contrats, et des structurations fiscales.
•Vous mènerez les négociations afin d'obtenir les meilleures conditions fiscales pour vos clients.
•Vous effectuerez une veille juridique pour rester informé des nouvelles législations mises en place.
•Vous assurerez un contact direct avec les clients. Profil et parcours | Droit – Fiscalité – Tax – Cabinet d’avocats – International – Finance •Vous avez au moins 4 ans d’expérience en tant qu’avocat spécialisé en droit fiscal au sein d’un cabinet au Luxembourg, ce qui vous permettra de vous adapter facilement à votre nouvel environnement.
•Vous parlez couramment français et anglais , des compétences essentielles pour communiquer avec vos clients et les parties tierces.
•Votre rôle inclura la gestion des relations et des conseils clients, il est donc indispensable de posséder d'excellentes compétences en communication .
•Afin de respecter les délais et de gérer efficacement votre charge de travail, vous vous considérez comme une personne proactive et organisée . Cette rémunération récompensera le travail fourni et vous permettra de profiter de certains plaisirs, comme des voyages, par exemple.
