Een stimulerende werkomgeving met een fantastisch team aan like-minded collega's Je verantwoordelijkheden als Customer Support Officer: Samen met het support team zorg je voor effectieve en nauwkeurige klantondersteuning met één doel voor ogen: je klanten gelukkig maken Dit doe je door efficiënt te werken, met gebruik van digitale tools, met positief enthousiasme en gevoel voor initiatief. Je staat in contact met gespecialiseerde partners en ondernemers. Je helpt deze klanten om optimaal gebruik te maken van de software, opdat zij hun klanten efficiënt kunnen ondersteunen. Je houdt ervan om complexe vragen en issues uit te spitten en met een pasklare oplossing te komen. Je draagt bij aan allerhande projecten en denkt proactief mee over hoe de service nog beter kan. Je luistert actief naar je klanten en brengt hun feedback, ideeën of initiatieven over naar de rest van de organisatie. Hoe ziet jouw profiel eruit? Je behaalde een Bachelor-/ Masterdiploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring. Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands en goede kennis Engels. Je hebt een affiniteit met digitalisering en hebt interesse in een Software omgeving. Je bent communicatief vaardig, commercieel ingesteld en administratief sterk. Je krijgt energie wanneer je klanten kan verder helpen. Je bent gepassioneerd door klanten support en gaat the extra mile om klanten tevreden te stellen. Je kunt zelfstandig werken en bent ook een enthousiaste teamplayer. Wat mag je verwachten? Als Customer Support Officer kom je terecht in een stimulerende werkomgeving in volle ontwikkeling.
