Communiquer les services informatiques, les mises à jour et les initiatives aux utilisateurs internes et aux garages. Traduire les informations techniques en messages simples et clairs. Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des plans de communication pour les projets informatiques. Veiller à ce que les messages soient adaptés à un public non technique. Gérer la communication via l'intranet, l'extranet, D'EasyPortal, Teams, Viva et RED Alert. Recueillir des informations auprès des équipes informatiques et créer du contenu convivial. Promouvoir les outils informatiques afin d'accroître leur adoption. Maintenir une communication cohérente entre les services informatiques et les unités commerciales. Rédiger des annonces de service, des avis de maintenance et des mises à jour de projet. Créer du contenu pour les newsletters, l'intranet et les canaux internes. Préparer des FAQ, des guides et des conseils pratiques. Surveiller les commentaires des utilisateurs et des garages et adapter la communication en conséquence. Tenir à jour un calendrier de communication. Diplôme en communication/marketing. 2 à 4 ans d'expérience en communication d'entreprise/interne. Solides compétences en rédaction/révision (NL/FR/EN) Capacité à simplifier les concepts techniques Solides compétences en organisation et en gestion de projet Maîtrise de SharePoint, Teams, Viva Aisance dans l'utilisation des outils d'IA Esprit collaboratif Préféré : expérience en communication informatique Préféré : connaissance de l'ADKAR/de la gestion du changement Préféré : compréhension de base de l'ITIL Préféré : conception graphique (Adobe Suite) Indicateurs clés de performance : annonces en temps opportun, engagement fort, retours positifs, adoption accrue des outils, diminution des demandes informatiques répétitives Communiceren over IT-diensten, updates en initiatieven naar interne gebruikers en garages. Technische informatie vertalen naar eenvoudige, duidelijke boodschappen. Communicatieplannen voor IT-projecten opstellen en uitvoeren. Ervoor zorgen dat de boodschap is aangepast aan een niet-technisch publiek. Communicatie beheren via intranet, extranet, D'EasyPortal, Teams, Viva en RED Alert. Informatie verzamelen van IT-teams en gebruiksvriendelijke content creëren Promoot IT-tools om het gebruik ervan te stimuleren. Zorg voor consistente berichten tussen IT en bedrijfsonderdelen. Stel serviceaankondigingen, onderhoudsmeldingen en projectupdates op. Creëer content voor nieuwsbrieven, intranet en interne kanalen. Stel veelgestelde vragen, handleidingen en snelle tips op. Monitor feedback van gebruikers en garages en pas de communicatie aan. Houd een communicatiekalender bij. Diploma in communicatie/marketing. 2-4 jaar ervaring in bedrijfs-/interne ommunicatie. Sterke schrijf- en redactievaardigheden (NL/FR/EN) Vermogen om technische concepten te vereenvoudigen Sterke organisatie- en projectmanagementvaardigheden Bekwaam in het gebruik van SharePoint, Teams en Viv Vertrouwd met AI-tools Samenwerkingsgerichte mentaliteit Voorkeur: ervaring met IT-communicatie Voorkeur: kennis van ADKAR/verandermanagement Voorkeur: basiskennis van ITIL Voorkeur: grafisch ontwerp (Adobe Suite) KPI's: tijdige aankondigingen, sterke betrokkenheid, positieve feedback, toegenomen gebruik van tools, minder herhaalde IT-vrage Montreal Associates is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
