Voor onze prestigieuze internationale klant, actief binnen de luxe retailsector, zijn wij op zoek naar een ambitieuze Junior Transport Manager. In deze rol combineer je projectmatig en analytisch werk met inspirerend people management.
Wat ga je doen?
Als Transport Manager ben jij de spil in het logistieke proces. Je stuurt een dynamisch team van ongeveer 10 collega's aan die verantwoordelijk zijn voor de wereldwijde transportverzendingen van onze exclusieve producten naar diverse interne en externe warehouses en retailzaken. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden omvatten onder andere:
- Teamleiderschap: Motiveren, begeleiden en ontwikkelen van een team van logistieke professionals.
- Operationele Excellence: Monitoren van operationele workflows en het opstellen van KPI's en rapportages om uitstekende resultaten te waarborgen.
- Stakeholder Management: Nauwe samenwerking met verschillende interne afdelingen en externe logistieke partners om naadloze processen te garanderen.
- Strategische Analyse: Evalueren en optimaliseren van huidige processen om zowel op korte als lange termijn strategische verbeteringen te realiseren.
Wie ben jij?
Wij zoeken een gedreven professional die voldoet aan de volgende criteria:
- Opleiding: Master of bachelor diploma in Logistiek of Supply Chain Management.
- Ervaring: Bij voorkeur heb je al enige ervaring in een leidinggevende rol binnen logistiek of supply chain.
- Kennis: Ervaring met transport- en logistieke planning en expertise in optimalisatie en/of change management binnen een vergelijkbare omgeving.
- Vaardigheden: Sterke communicatieve en analytische vaardigheden, gecombineerd met een scherp inzicht in zowel operationele als strategische processen.
- Talen: Je beheerst vloeiend Nederlands en Frans en kunt je professioneel uitdrukken in beide talen.
- Technische Vaardigheden: Bekendheid met ERP-systemen en uitstekende beheersing van Excel.
