Mechanical Inspector (Secondary Steel) Location: Antwerp, Belgium
Contract Duration: Mid-January 2026 to July 2026
Potential travel to additional fabrication sites in Poland and the Netherlands

We are supporting our client in securing a Mechanical Inspector for secondary steel fabrication activities for offshore wind structures. This position is suited to a highly competent Senior Welding/Mechanical Inspector with strong experience in offshore fabrication environments.

CSWIP 3.2 Senior Welding Inspector
PCN Level 2 in DP, VT, MT, UT and RT
Proven offshore fabrication experience, ideally within the offshore wind sector
Strong command of English; local language skills are advantageous

Conducting daily mechanical and welding quality control surveillance
Escalating quality concerns to the client’s Quality Engineer (note: NCRs are not raised directly by the inspector)

This is a contract opportunity offering consistent site based work within a major offshore wind fabrication program. Due to contract nature and location, the client is not able to sponsor as all candidates would require to hold own eligibility to work, without restrictions in the EU.
