Do you have 5+ years of experience in Business Model Analysis and UML/BPMN modelling? Apply now for a long-term contract opportunity with a client in Brussels. Requirements: 5+ years of specific expertise with business model analysis and modelling, and requirement elicitation. Expertise with both BPMN and UML. Expertise with the design of mockups and wireframes using tools like Balsamiq. Expertise with the design of a conceptual data model. Experience with SQL statements writing and manual testing. Experience with Jira and Atlassian Confluence, including Gliffy diagrams. Good knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., RUP, Agile). Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong capacity to prepare and write business analysis , capability to speak to business and technical audiences , strong capacity to give high-level presentations, excellent critical thinker, and a rapid self-starting capability. Languages: English (fluent) Job Description: Elicit, analyse, and model business requirements and processes using techniques such as UML and BPMN. Design conceptual data models and prepare visual mockups and wireframes using tools like Balsamiq. Document business analysis and manage requirements within collaborative tools such as Jira and Confluence. Support the development lifecycle by writing basic SQL statements and conducting manual testing. Present analysis findings and solutions to both business and technical audiences. Apply knowledge of information systems and large organisation administrative processes to solution design. Work within defined software development methodologies (e.g., Agile)
