(Junior) Productie Manager

Heb je een ingenieursdiploma en een eerste ervaring in productie in een industriële omgeving. Wil je graag de stap zetten naar een leidinggevende functie? Heb je sterke people skills? En woon je in Zuid-West-Vlaanderen? Dan kan deze rol voor jou zijn We zoeken voor onze klant een gedreven (junior) productiemanager. Jouw taken? Peoplemanagement: aansturen, motiveren, coachen en begeleiden van de productiemedewerkers (Nederlandstalig) Organisatie: de productie-flows organiseren, bijsturen waar nodig, met oog op juiste uitlevering, kwaliteitsbeheer, voorraadbeheer, .... Onderhoud van het machinepark Optimalisering: van de productieprocessen, inzetten van competenties, leadtimes verbeteren, waar nodig en mogelijk verder automatiseren Wie ben jij? Ingenieursdiploma / technisch achtgergrond is een must. Eerste relevante ervaring in operations/productie, als productie-ingenieur, procesingenieur, ... in een grotere KMO, of binnen een grotere afdeling (graag in maakindustrie, of projectgebonden productie) Je hebt duidelijke leidinggevende skills (vanuit je werkervaring of je hobby). Je bent empowering/motiverend, een open communicator, mensgericht én assertief, sturend, beslissingen nemend, actiegericht en dynamisch. Aanbod?
