Je geeft leiding aan een ploeg beton- en funderingswerkers en bent verantwoordelijk voor alle beton- en funderingswerken op onze werven.
Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor zowel uw ploegleden als de werfleider
Je volgde een technische- of beroepsopleiding, bij voorkeur richting bouw en hebt ervaring in de ruwbouw
Je bent een geboren leider en weet je medewerkers dagelijks te motiveren om het beste uit zichzelf te halen
Je bent communicatief en spreekt goed Nederlands
Je komt terecht in een dynamisch team binnen een professionele en sterke omgeving met veel ervaring.
Je krijgt van bij het begin een Stadsbader contract voor onbepaalde duur.
Via onze Stadsbader Academy kan je persoonlijk en professioneel verder groeien, dankzij zowel interne als externe opleidingen.
