Wat ga je doen? Als Functional Analyst ben jij de schakel tussen Operations en IT. Je analyseert processen, vertaalt noden naar heldere functionele specs en ondersteunt implementatie en adoptie. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden: Analyseren en documenteren van logistieke processen (warehousing, transport, inventory, order fulfillment). Business requirements ophalen en vertalen naar functionele specificaties voor systemen zoals WMS/TMS/ERP. Samenwerken met Product Owners, process developers en IT developers om verbeteringen te ontwerpen en uit te rollen. Ondersteunen bij configuratie, testing en UAT van logistieke software. Faciliteren van workshops en geven van training aan key users/eindgebruikers. Monitoren van systeemperformance en first-line functionele support bieden bij issues. Documentatie onderhouden (workflows, requirements, configuraties). Wie zoeken we? Masterdiploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring. Min. 2–3 jaar ervaring als Functional Analyst (bij voorkeur in logistiek/supply chain). Begrip van logistieke operaties en systemen (WMS, TMS, ERP). Ervaring met procesmodellering (bv. BPMN, UML). Sterke communicatie: je werkt vlot met zowel technische als niet-technische stakeholders. Agile/Scrum is een plus. Je bent hands-on, gestructureerd en blijft rustig in een dynamische omgeving.
