Als Marketeer ben jij de motor achter de groei en vernieuwing van het assortiment. Je krijgt de kans om mee te bouwen aan slimme verpakkingsoplossingen, innovatieve productideeën en activerende campagnes die consumenten raken. Samen met de Category Managers zorg jij ervoor dat de producten niet alleen in de rekken liggen maar ook de harten van de consumenten weet te veroveren: Concreet betekent dit dat jij: Nieuwe ideeën vertaalt naar impactvolle productinnovaties en slimme verpakkingskeuzes Trends, marktdata (Nielsen/GfK) en klantinzichten analyseert om je categorie voortdurend te optimaliseren Innovatieprojecten trekt van A tot Z: van concept tot succesvolle lancering Inspirerende evenementen en contentcampagnes opzet om onze producten extra in de kijker te zetten Dagelijks schakelt met collega's van inkoop, kwaliteit en productie om jouw projecten tot leven te brengen Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring in Brand- of Product Management binnen de foodsector Je bent analytisch en resultaatgericht, maar hebt ook een creatieve geest en oog voor detail Je denkt proactief mee, durft te challengen en brengt frisse ideeën op tafel Je kent de weg in Nielsen- of GfK-data Je ademt verse voeding en volgt de nieuwste foodtrends met plezier Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands én Engels Ruimte voor initiatief en creativiteit in een functie die ertoe doet Een sterk, betrokken team waarin je veel kan leren en groeien Een informele, no-nonsense cultuur waar open communicatie en plezier samenkomen Flexibiliteit & work-life balance: 2 dagen per week thuiswerken is mogelijk Leuke teammomenten en afterworks die de sfeer versterken Consumer Insights, Engelse taal, Productie, Voeding, Nederlands, Productinnovatie, Productmanagement
