Als SHEQ Manager speel je een centrale rol in het bewaken en verbeteren van beleid en processen met betrekking tot Safety, Security, Health, Environment en Quality. Je bent hoofd van de Interne Dienst voor Preventie, fungeert als ADR-veiligheidsadviseur en bent verantwoordelijk voor de opvolging van alle SHEQ-systemen, processen en certificeringen binnen de organisatie. Met jouw technische expertise en coachende leiderschap ondersteun je de organisatie bij veiligheids- en kwaliteitsdenken, en draag je bij aan een veilige, duurzame en kwaliteitsgerichte werkomgeving.
Opstellen en opvolgen van het Globaal Preventieplan (GPP), Jaaractieplan (JAP) en het ADR-jaarverslag.
Leidinggeven aan het SHEQ-team, bestaande uit o.a. 5 Instructor-Driver Supervisors en 1 SHEQ Officer.
Beheer van het beveiligingsplan en samenwerking met IT en facilitaire teams rondom security.
Begeleiding van trainingsprogramma’s en innovatieprojecten binnen de organisatie.
Je werkt samen met het management, operationele afdelingen, chauffeurs, klanten en externe partners om samen te bouwen aan een cultuur van veiligheid en kwaliteit
Een masterdiploma in Chemie of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
Diploma Preventieadviseur Niveau I en erkenning als ADR-veiligheidsadviseur.
Uitgebreide ervaring met kwaliteits- en veiligheidsmanagement, auditprocessen en relevante wetgeving rond transport, milieu en welzijn.
Professionele beheersing van het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
Vaardigheid in software zoals Microsoft Excel, Word en Outlook.
