Heb jij oog voor structuur en haal je voldoening uit een vlotte, goed georganiseerde planning? Voor een dynamisch en groeiend productiebedrijf zijn we op zoek naar een Productieplanner die overzicht kan bewaren, snel kan schakelen en efficiënt communiceert met interne afdelingen en klanten. Jij stemt productie, kwaliteit en levertermijnen zorgvuldig op elkaar af en draagt met jouw analytisch inzicht en resultaatgerichte aanpak bij aan het optimaal functioneren van de organisatie. Je stelt de productieplanning op voor jouw productgroep, gebaseerd op inkomende bestellingen van klanten. Je stemt met de salesafdeling af over levertermijnen en zorgt dat deze haalbaar en correct worden nagekomen. Je plant tijdig de productie van tussenproducten en beheert de veiligheidsvoorraden. Samen met de productieverantwoordelijke bepaal je de personeelsplanning. Je werkt nauw samen met productie en kwaliteitscontrole om te garanderen dat elk product aan hoge kwaliteitsnormen voldoet. Je ondersteunt de aankoopafdeling door tijdig de nodige grondstoffen te voorzien. Je helpt bij het uitvoeren van periodieke voorraadcontroles. Je hebt een bacheloropleiding afgerond of beschikt over gelijkwaardige ervaring. Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met productieplanning of een vergelijkbare functie. Je combineert analytisch inzicht met een sterk organisatorisch vermogen. Je werkt zelfstandig, accuraat en blijft kalm onder tijdsdruk. Je hebt kennis van SAP. Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en kunt je ook goed uitdrukken in het Frans en Engels. Een afwisselende functie in een dynamische omgeving waar je echt impact hebt op het productieproces.
