Fundraising Coordinator (Volunteer)

Location: Mostly remote, but fundraising activities will take place around Belgium.

Commitment: Flexible hours depending on your availability

About Femme Incroyable

Femme Incroyable is a non-profit organisation dedicated to empowering women and girls in socio-economically disadvantaged situations in sub-Saharan Africa and Belgium. Through initiatives that focus on economic independence, education, and social justice, we strive to create long-term, sustainable change.

What You Will Do

As a volunteer, you will:

  • Plan and organise fundraising events and campaigns to raise funds for our projects.
  • Develop creative fundraising ideas to engage donors and supporters, such as: charity walks/runs, online crowdfunding campaigns, community workshops or networking events, bake sales, auctions, cultural events, social media donation challenges, Pilates sessions, to name a few.
  • Coordinate with team members, partners, and volunteers to execute events.
  • Promote fundraising initiatives through social media and other channels.
  • Identify potential donors and sponsorship opportunities online.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Strong organisational and planning skills.
  • Creativity in developing fundraising strategies.
  • Good communication and networking abilities.
  • Experience in event planning or in-person fundraising activities (preferred, but not required).
  • Passion for social impact and empowering women and girls.
