Key Responsibilities: Test Planning & Design: Develop comprehensive test plans, strategies, and detailed test cases/scripts based on requirements. Test Execution: Perform manual and automated testing (functional, performance, load, stress). Automation: Build and maintain automated test frameworks, scripts, and CI/CD pipelines. Defect Management: Identify, document, track, and verify fixes for bugs and malfunctions. Collaboration: Work with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand features and resolve issues. Reporting: Analyze results, create test reports, and provide insights for product improvement. Process Improvement: Research and implement new testing tools, techniques, and methodologies. Essential Skills: Strong understanding of testing methodologies & software development lifecycle. Proficiency in test automation tools and scripting. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. Typical Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field (Computer Science, Software Engineering). Experience in software testing, QA, or related roles. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
