Join us today as SAP Program Manager YOUR ROLE As a Program/Engagement Manager you will help our customers to drive successfully SAP S/4HANA projects, ensuring client satisfaction and delivering transformative solutions that enable organizations to achieve their business objectives in the digital landscape. Project Management: lead and manage end-to-end implementation projects of SAP solutions Client Engagement: establish and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction Team Coordination: coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless project execution Scope Management: define project scope, manage changes, and mitigate risks Business Development: identify opportunities for business growth and drive sales YOUR PROFILE A bachelor's or master's degree combined with 10+ years of SAP complex project experience Strong leadership abilities to guide and motivate cross-functional teams A client-focused approach with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to address client concerns and negotiate win-win solutions Business acumen to identify growth opportunities and drive sales A collaborative spirit & customer-oriented attitude with focus on delivering quality You speak Dutch or French and professional working proficiency in English WHAT YOU'LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HERE?
