Role Overview
We are looking for a senior Functional Specialist who can independently shape and own a new role within a data and AI-driven environment. You will act as the link between business and technical teams, working across the full lifecycle from scoping to delivery and aftercare.

Responsibilities
Translate business needs into clear data and AI requirements
Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and data specifications
Advise stakeholders on valuable, feasible solutions
Work closely with data engineers, BI specialists, and analytics teams
Participate in agile ceremonies and align with multidisciplinary teams
Manage scope, priorities, and documentation in Jira
Establish structure and best practices for this new role

Profile
~7+ years’ experience in data projects with strong technical foundations
~ Excellent analytical and communication skills
~ Knowledge of data modelling and basic SQL
~ Experienced in agile/scrum and backlog management
~ Strong understanding of how data and AI create business value
~ Able to work with both operational and strategic stakeholders
~ Proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable advising and taking initiative
~ Mature self-starter able to shape the role independently
