Net Technical Lead M/F This is your mission
Are you passionate about application design and modernizing legacy systems? As Technical Designer, you will be responsible for designing, coaching, and supporting the implementation of applications in a large modernization program:
Capture existing application capabilities and redesign them for the target environment.
Execute code reviews to guarantee technical and design quality.
Support the offshore design and development team, co-creating or reviewing design deliverables.
Coach the offshore development team to understand business context and design choices.
Participate in system and user acceptance testing.
Promote quality and maintainable code practices across the team.
You have at least 5 years of experience in application design and development. You enjoy analyzing business requirements, modernizing legacy applications, and mentoring teams. NET Core)
