Accounting Manager

- Manage all accounting operations including suppliers, intercompany transactions, and cash payments.
- Supervise accounting tasks performed by external firms in EU countries and UK.
- Prepare and explain monthly management reports using the group reporting tool.
- Oversee analytical bookings and book monthly adjustments for invoice allocations between Opex/Capex.
- Collaborate with the Group Chief of Tax and Paris team to ensure smooth Group Audit processes.
- Supervise external/internal service providers for payroll, tax, and VAT.
- Handle the internalization of VAT for French holding companies with the support of the French holding accounting team.
- Raise management fees and transfer pricing invoices, maintaining proper documentation.
- Manage the Purchase Order process for corporate entities using BC Dynamics.
- Work with global finance teams on forecasting and optimization efforts.
- Supervise a team of 3 accountants, providing guidance on technical questions and ensuring accuracy in booking operations.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting and analysis.
- Qualified in accounting (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent).
- Fluent in English; proficiency in French is a significant advantage.
- Proficient in Lux GAAP and IFRS or other relevant accounting standards.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and confidently.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experienced in managing and supervising a diverse team of accountants.
- Competent in using IT tools and eager to challenge and improve existing processes.
