Freelance QA/QC Manager – Food & Beverage (6 months)
Location: Belgium (Hybrid/Possible onsite at production facility)
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: 6–12 months (extension likely)
We’re working with a busy FMCG manufacturer seeking a Freelance QA/QC Manager to lead quality assurance efforts, drive compliance with food safety regulations, and support continuous improvement across production processes.

Own and continuously optimize the Quality Management System (QMS)
Coach and guide QC teams in sampling, testing, and metrology activities
Collaborate with production, R&D, and supply chain to implement quality improvements
Produce and maintain quality documentation, certifications, and technical dossiers

Proven experience in QA/QC roles within food manufacturing/processing
Excellent communicator: strong Dutch, French, and English skills preferred
Flexible freelance engagement: Opportunity to drive quality improvements at a leading sustainable food brand
