Voor onze raffinaderij in Antwerpen recruteren wij enthousiaste Process Operators met een passie voor techniek. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het veilig opereren van een aantal installaties van de raffinaderij of voor het veilig en correct beladen van trucks, treinstellen, lichters en schepen met onze oplosmiddelen en brandstoffen. Je houdt het productieproces in de gaten, doet aanpassingen naar optimalisatie en onderhoud toe, neemt stalen en laat analyses uitvoeren. Afhankelijk van jouw werkgebied valt zowel de planning als de administratieve afhandeling binnen jouw werkdomein. Je doet controlerondes en meldt waar en wanneer onderhoud nodig is. Je werkt in shiftverband en rapporteert dagelijks aan de ploegleider. Als process operator maak je ook deel uit van de bedrijfsbrandweer en neem je deel aan de eerstelijninterventies. Een stevige persoonlijkheid: gemotiveerd, leergierig met zin voor initiatief. Een master of professioneel bachelor diploma of A2 (met relevante werkervaring) in de richting onderhoudstechnieken, chemie of elektromechanica. Een teamplayer met een behoorlijke dosis flexibiliteit en oog voor veiligheid, gezondheid en milieu. Een interessante en uitdagende functie. Je kan rekenen op continue aandacht voor jouw individuele ontwikkeling. Specifieke interne en externe opleidingen en " On the job" trainingen zullen dienen om jouw vakkennis aan te vullen en op peil te houden.
