As an SAP HCM Consultant, you'll translate clients' HR challenges into IT requirements using SAP's latest technologies.
Provide SAP expertise to clients, offering solutions aligned with business needs and processes.
Execute functional changes, including projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
Assist the Team leader in estimation processes.
Ensure the quality of deliverables and adhere to agreed planning and estimations.
Resolve issues within SLA guidelines and proactively communicate risks to the team leader.
Experience in SAP Web Dynpro ABAP, POWL, BADIs, Smartforms, and HCM Forms and Processes.
Understanding of SAP HR modules PA and OM; basic knowledge of Time and Payroll modules.
adept at enterprise HR functions with a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
Fluent in Dutch or French with professional working proficiency in English.
