Business Manager - Finance bij Intevu
Als speler binnen de niche Human Resources hebben we de voorbije jaren een sterke reputatie opgebouwd op het vlak van kwaliteit, persoonlijke aanpak en vakkennis. Vandaag zetten we een nieuwe, strategisch belangrijke stap: de oprichting van onze business unit Finance.
Voor deze uitbreiding zoeken we een Business Manager met ervaring binnen Finance, die mee vorm wil geven aan dit nieuwe hoofdstuk. Prospectie & leadgeneratie: je identificeert en benadert nieuwe klanten via telefoon, mail en LinkedIn.
Relatieopbouw: je onderhoudt contacten met klanten, freelancers en partners en bouwt vertrouwen op.
Screening van freelancers: je leert de juiste matches maken tussen talent en projecten.
Je werkt nauw samen met het management en krijgt de vrijheid om mee richting te geven aan structuur, aanpak en groei van deze business unit.
Je bent een geboren netwerker met interesse en ervaring in finance én Sales.
~ 2 tot 5 jaar ervaring in finance, commerciële rekrutering, sales of finance-consultancy.
~ Een commerciële drive, maar met een mensgerichte aanpak.
~ Bachelor in HR, sales, finance of bedrijfsmanagement (of gelijkwaardig door ervaring).
~ Uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands én Engels
