Als Talent Acquisition Officer ben jij onze ambassadeur: je trekt nieuw talent aan, maakt hen warm voor de groeikansen en cultuur bij Intelect én begeleidt hen tijdens het sollicitatieproces. Je krijgt veel verantwoordelijkheid, alle ruimte voor initiatief én de mogelijkheid om een directe impact te hebben op ons team door de juiste mensen aan boord te halen.
Je plaatst vacatures online op onze website en jobkanalen, zoekt actief naar potentiële kandidaten en maakt een eerste, kritische selectie van sollicitanten.
- Je analyseert CV1s, voert telefonische screenings en interviews, en rondt dossiers af tot aan de contractopmaak. Je zet creatieve acties op om onze brand te activeren bij scholen en studenten. Je zorgt voor een warme onboarding van nieuwe collega1s, geeft hen een warme, gestructureerde start en zorgt dat ze snel mee zijn met onze cultuur en werking. Bachelor of master in één van volgende richtingen: Je schakelt vlot tussen gesprekken, administratie en planning.
