het ontwikkelen van de beste bedrijfsstrategie en het implementeren van op maat gemaakt advies aan productiebedrijven binnen het domein van Operational Excellence.
De projecten hebben een focus op Continuous Improvement, Performance management & Standards, Improvement & Process management, Leadership & Culture,….
coaching en ontwikkeling van werknemers op de vloer om hen de nodige vaardigheden te verwerven om uitstekend te kunnen presteren in veranderende operationele omgevingen.
het begeleiden van management teams door middel van trainingen en coaching op het gebied van Enterprise Excellence Leadership, Gemba Walks, persoonlijke werkorganisatie en Kata Coaching.
het commercieel uitbouwen van onze dienstverlening door nieuwe opportuniteiten te spotten, klantencontacten te leggen en nieuwe projecten te realiseren.
Onze ideale consultant:
Root Cause Analyses (RCA), SMED-analyses, SQCDME-principes, daily management systemen, Makigami en Kaizen-events, Heijunka of productie leveling, 5S, ....

spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels . Een sterke kennis Frans is een pluspunt.
