Key Responsibilities Design and maintain data warehouses, data lakes, and data lakehouses, including access rights management and data quality monitoring. Build ETL/data pipelines using Microsoft Synapse and create scalable datasets for analytics and modelling. Develop reporting solutions and Power BI dashboards. Perform logical/physical DB design, SQL optimisation, and collaborate with DevSecOps on performance and monitoring. Contribute to cloud and hybrid architectures (mainly Azure). Develop and maintain software components using Java, J2EE, Spring, REST, and participate in EESSI data exchange modules. Prepare technical documentation, gather business requirements, and participate in cross-team meetings. Mandatory Specific Expertise ETL/data pipeline design with Microsoft Synapse (3+ years). Data warehouse / data lake / data lakehouse architecture. Relational DB systems for data warehousing. Knowledge of non-relational DBs; vector DBs for AI/RAG are an asset. Access rights management in data platforms (row-level security, roles). Excellent SQL skills. Python and Apache Spark; R is an asset. Business intelligence tools; Power BI is an asset. Cloud-based design; Azure is an asset. OLAP and data mining tools. EESSI software component development experience. Knowledge of Social Security business context. Java (13+ years), J2EE (10+ years), REST (8+ years), Spring (10+ years). Apache Maven (7+ years), AS4 protocol (7+ years). Scrum (10+ years), UML (10+ years), XML (10+ years), XSD (7+ years). HTML (2+ years), PostgreSQL (10+ years), Docker (3+ years).
