Azuro is op zoek naar een Marketing Manager die strategisch inzicht combineert met een sterke operationele aanpak. De Marketing Manager staat dicht bij het team, de business en de klant, en maakt van marketing een tastbare hefboom voor groei.
Aansturen en coachen van een team van 4 marketingmedewerkers (campagnes, digital, content, partnerships/events).
Opstellen en opvolgen van de marketingroadmap en het volledige campagnetraject (content, events, social media, e-mail, SEO/SEA).
Afstemmen met interne verantwoordelijken zodat marketing aansluit bij de noden van de organisatie en de business ondersteunt.
Minstens vijf jaar ervaring binnen marketing, met minimaal twee jaar ervaring in een leidinggevende of coördinerende rol.
Aantoonbare ervaring met inbound en outbound marketing in een B2B-omgeving.
Ervaring met HubSpot en digitale marketingtools zoals SEO, SEA, marketing automation en analytics.
Vlotte kennis van het Nederlands, zeer goede kennis van het Frans en goede kennis van het Engels.
Interesse in nieuwe technologieën zoals AI en marketing automation, met oog voor concrete toepassingen binnen een KMO-context.
