Kronos Group is a leading full service management consulting firm aiming to improve the operational efficiency of its customers through levers in Procurement, Finance and Project Management, working together with sectors that have an impact on shaping a more sustainable world such as Healthcare, Energy, Transportation and many more. To support our continued growth, we are looking for experienced Project Management professionals to manage end-to-end projects for leading companies in sectors such as Pharmaceuticals, Energy, Transport, Telecom, Aeronautics, and more.
This role offers the opportunity to further develop your project management expertise while benefiting from a personalized development plan, including targeted trainings and certifications in methodologies such as Prince2, Agile, Six Sigma, or PMI.
Lead and manage client projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget and high-quality delivery
Develop and execute project plans, covering timelines, governance, risk management and reporting
Drive PMO activities and optimize project management frameworks, methodologies and tools
Ensure effective stakeholder alignment and communication across client teams and leadership
Monitor project performance, proactively manage risks and issues and ensure value delivery
Support change management initiatives and the adoption of new processes or systems
Master's degree with a minimum of 3 years experience in Project Management
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Proven ability to lead workstreams or small teams, manage client expectations and deliver high-impact results
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with confidence in engaging senior executives
Experience in change management and process improvement is highly valued
Experience managing IT projects (e.g., Fluency in English and Dutch and/or French (mandatory requirement)
