Bruxelles, Belgique Merchery Temps plein

About Merchery Merchery was born from the simple observation that corporate gifts and promotional products are most of the time low quality. This billion $ market is shady, and often made of products people throw away after two weeks. Our vision at Merchery is to offer beautiful and carefully sourced products that people actually want. As a rapidly growing company, launched in April 2020, we are looking for new talent to contribute to this transformation. Joining the Product team... ... means being at the heart of Merchery. We decide which products make it to our catalog, ensure they meet our standards, and work closely with suppliers to deliver a smooth experience from sourcing to online launch. Our mission is to build a selection of products that stands out: well-designed, useful, high-quality, long lasting, and truly meaningful to the people who receive them. Junior Product Associate? As a Junior Product Associate, you'll support the Product team with the day-to-day tasks that keep our European catalog running smoothly. Your role will be a mix of operations, coordination, research and creativity. You'll learn how to source, negotiate and manage product data, while helping improve both our operational processes and online product experience. Responsibilities Your will help the Product team by: Updating and maintaining product data accurate across our systems and website. Supporting other teams (sales, ops, production) by checking product information and implementing feedback. Assisting with supplier communication and helping maintain strong working relationships. Supporting pricing and margin tasks and tracking sales performance. Researching new products and brands to inspire catalog updates. Coordinating photoshoots and helping prepare visual content for new launches. Monitoring our catalog to make sure it stays accurate, relevant and smooth to navigate. Could you be the one? You're passionate about products and brands. You're detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks. You enjoy mixing creative and analytical thinking, moving easily between words and numbers. You're proactive, curious and eager to learn. You're a team player who can also work independently. You speak fluent English and French. You're familiar with Photoshop (or eager to learn). You have a master's degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field. You believe in Merchery's mission and want to make a meaningful impact. Working with us Will be fun We are still an early stage project, and really want to create the ideal working environment. Along with flexibility, you will have responsibilities and if there is something we can promise you it's that you will have an impact: on the business, on the environment, and on all our stakeholders. Our commitment to your well-being extends beyond the workplace. We regularly organize exciting activities and team-building events to foster a vibrant and collaborative company culture. Merchery is growing at an astonishing pace. The opportunities for personal and professional development are limitless: we strongly believe that this project has the potential to become a global success. Our recruitment process Introduction call – Meet Annabelle (People Manager) for a first conversation to get to know each other and explore the role. Leadership interview + case – A practical exercise followed by a discussion with Nina (Head of Products). Product team interview - Conversation with Janet (Product Manager North America) to clarify remaining questions about the role. Founder deep dive – Final conversation with Simon (Founder) to ensure alignment on collaboration and culture. i️ Additional information Full-time position Location: Brussels, Belgium Start date: March 2026
