Business Development Manager – Corporate Account Management | ADM Interim Management

ADM Interim Management, een topspeler in de wereld van executive interim management, zoekt ambitieuze en resultaatgerichte Business Development Managers om het team te versterken in Leuven, Brussel, Antwerpen en Merelbeke.

Jouw rol: strategische groei en impact

Als Business Development Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de uitbouw en het beheer van een hoogstaand klantenportfolio op C-level. Je adviseert CEO's, CFO's en CHRO's over interim management-oplossingen en speelt een sleutelrol in het matchen van top-executives met complexe bedrijfsuitdagingen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Netwerken & relatiemanagement: bouw duurzame relaties op met C-level decision-makers.

Strategische groei: identificeer en benut zakelijke opportuniteiten binnen corporate organisaties.

Consultative selling: adviseer klanten over de juiste interim-oplossingen en sluit high-value contracten.

Talentselectie: koppel de beste Executive Interim Managers aan opdrachten bij topbedrijven.

Adviseren & begeleiden: fungeer als een vertrouwde sparringpartner voor zowel klanten als interim-managers.

Jouw profiel: gedreven, strategisch en corporate-minded

Masterdiploma in een relevante richting (Economie, Bedrijfskunde, Rechten, etc.).

Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een commerciële rol binnen de zakelijke dienstverlening.

Ervaring met het opbouwen en onderhouden van C-level relaties.

Analytisch sterk, overtuigend en resultaatgericht.

Gedreven om te excelleren in een corporate omgeving met een focus op strategische groei.
