Basé au centre de Bruxelles, IRISnet est un fournisseur de services télécoms et TIC pour la Région de Bruxelles. Fruit d'un partenariat public-privé (PPP) entre la Région bruxelloise et Orange, IRISnet développe, délivre et gère des services et des projets régionaux pour l'ensemble de ses clients parmi lesquels: les communes bruxelloises, les hôpitaux, la police et les services d'urgence, Actiris, la STIB, Bruxelles Formation, Bruxelles Environnement...

Vos responsabilités:

  • Gestion administrative quotidienne du personnel (mail, suivis des dossiers, répondre aux questions des salariés...)
  • Gestion de la paie
  • Assurer la veille juridique
  • Fleet management
  • Recrutement et gestion des partenaires
  • Gestion des onboardings
  • Coordination des plans de développements et de performances
  • Reporting : produire et soumettre des rapports sur l'activité RH générale.
  • Support : fournir des conseils et un soutien efficaces aux managers sur toutes les questions RH clés.
  • Innovation et changement : proposer de nouvelles idées, revoir les politiques et les processus existants.

Votre profil :


• Au moins 10 ans d'expérience pertinente en Hard HR (payroll, Comp & Ben, Legal) ainsi qu'en Soft HR (formations, recrutement, gestion des talents) et/ou dans un poste similaire


• Maîtriser le français et le néerlandais


• Maîtriser l'ensemble du périmètre Hard HR & Soft HR


• Bonnes connaissances en droit du travail et droit social


• Capacité à gérer un projet RH de A à Z


• Capacité à gérer et à conserver des informations confidentielles


• Capacité à renforcer le moral de l'équipe et à promouvoir la culture d'entreprise.


• Attitude pratique, énergique, orientée vers les objectifs et les solutions, proactive avec détermination et

persévérance


• Capacité à remettre en question le statu quo de manière constructive


• Compétences relationnelles et de communication naturelles
