Dewulf (HQ Roeselare) is toonaangevend in de sector van de ontwikkeling en productie van geavanceerde landbouwmachines en technologische oplossingen voor de agrarische sector. Met de drie vestigingen in België (Roeselare), Nederland en Roemenië, is Dewulf voorloper op het vlak van innovatieve machines in de precisielandbouw (aardappel- en wortelgewassen). Met de ruim 400 fiere medewerkers realiseert de groep ongeveer €140 mio (2024) in de thuis- en exportmarkten.
Functieomschrijving
  • Als Group Sourcing Director ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen en implementeren van inkoopstrategieën voor de gehele organisatie. Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende afdelingen om ervoor te zorgen dat alle inkoopactiviteiten efficiënt en kosteneffectief verlopen.
  • Je bouwt strategische relaties uit met de leveranciers, neemt de onderhandelingen voor jouw rekening en verzekert een sluitend contractbeheer. Je borgt gemaakte afspraken met leveranciers. Je speelt slim in op de markttrends en prijsontwikkelingen en zet in op risicobeheersing.
  • Je beheert de inkoopbudgetten en initieert kostenbesparingsinitiatieven.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met met interne stakeholders om inkoopbehoeften te identificeren en te anticiperen op de technische en technologische innovatieprojecten.
  • Je optimaliseert de inkoopprocessen en -procedures.
  • Je bouwt aan een hecht aankoopteam dat ernaar streeft om de onderhandelingstechnieken steeds te verbeteren.
  • Je maakt deel uit van het groepsmanagement en je rapporteert aan de CEO.
Profiel
  • Je bent een geboren en ervaren onderhandelaar. Je hebt ervaring met het nemen van strategische inkoopbeslissingen en het bouwen van duurzame leveranciersrelaties.
  • Je hebt ervaring opgebouwd in een manufacturing organisatie met een complex supply chain proces en met een grote diversiteit aan (technische) inkoopartikelen. Ervaring in een make-to-order context is een plus.
  • Je hebt ervaring met het leiden van een team.
  • Je hebt een masteropleiding voltooid en hebt sterke analytische vaardigheden. Je hebt een sterk business begrip ontwikkeld om op strategisch niveau mee te denken.
  • Je toont ondernemerschap, zin voor initiatief, pragmatiek en bent flexibel. Je bent resultaatgericht.
  • Je bent erop gericht om structuur aan te brengen en processen te optimaliseren ten gunste van de bedrijfsresultaten.
  • Je hebt ervaring met ERP-systemen en inkoopsoftware.
  • Je bent flexibel om je een aantal dagen per maand te verplaatsen naar de plant in Nederland en de buurlanden.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels
